By mouth
Child 6–11 years (body-weight up to 30 kg): 50/75 mg, to be taken in the morning and, Ivacaftor 75 mg to be taken in the evening (about 12 hours apart).
Child 6–11 years (body-weight 30 kg and above): 100/150 mg, to be taken in the morning and, Ivacaftor 150 mg to be taken in the evening (about 12 hours apart).
Child 12–17 years: 100/150 mg, to be taken in the morning and, Ivacaftor 150 mg to be taken in the evening (about 12 hours apart).
Adult: 100/150 mg, to be taken in the morning in combination with Ivacaftor 150 mg in the evening.
Non-sedating antihistamine.
Seasonal allergic rhinitis
• Child 6–11 years: 30 mg, twice daily.
• Over 12 years: 120 mg, once daily.
By inhalation of nebulised solution for asthma
• Over 12 years: 5–10 mg 2–4 times daily, additional doses may be necessary in severe acute asthma.
By inhalation of nebulised solution for moderate to severe acute asthma
• Child 1 month–4 years: 5 mg, repeat every 20–30 minutes or as required
• Child 5–11 years: 5–10 mg, repeat every 20–30 minutes or as required
• Over 12 years: 10 mg, repeat every 20–30 minutes or as required
