The Omron UltraAir Pro U780 is intended for use in a medical facility, such as hospital, clinic and doctor’s office, or at home under the strict guidance of a medical expert.
The U780 is easy to clean, featuring a removable water tank that can be submerged in liquid for disinfection and cleaning purposes, a simple solution to a difficult cleaning concern. The attachments are also autoclave-safe giving a wider range of disinfectant options.

The A2A spacer is a pocket-sized, valved holding chamber with a volume of 210 ml. It is designed to help deliver medication from a pMDI to the lungs, by improving co-ordination and medication deposition. It comes with and without a mask. It is collapsible to make it more portable and is made from anti-microbial, low-static, transparent plastic for improved hygiene. It is recommended for single patient use and is easy to clean.
